Your affirmations, recordings, preferences, and reflections are stored on your device. The app does not send these contents to us. If you choose to include them in a support email, we receive what you send. The app has no account, advertising, third-party analytics, cloud AI, or contacts access. Heart and Nicole read your own words on this iPhone, and that audio stays on it.

Microphone access is requested only when you choose to record. Recordings stay in the app unless you export or share them. The photo picker imports only the image you choose; its location metadata is removed. Saved photo looks stay on this device and are included in your exported backup. Device and iCloud backups may include app data, depending on your Apple settings.

Reminders and widgets use the sources you choose, including saved or personal words. Widgets can also follow the source selected in the reader. Their text may be visible on your locked screen. Reminders are scheduled on your device. The app and its widget extension share text, preferences and a smaller copy of your selected photo look on this iPhone; recordings are not included in notifications or widgets. Saving from a widget is kept on the device and appears in Yours when the app next opens.

Export and sharing are initiated by you and handled by the destination you choose. Backups include private notes, recordings and photo looks; protect exported copies. To delete local app data, open Yours, tap the gear, then choose Delete all my data. This removes this app's library, recordings, voice audio of your words and imported photos. It does not remove exported copies, original images in Photos or emails you have sent to support.

This support site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Opening a support link loads the site in your browser using that hosting service.

If you email support, we receive your email address, your message and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond to your request. Please include only the information needed to explain the issue.
